Angel Line by the Qatari designer Safia Al Qahtani showcased her latest summer creations at The St. Regis Doha Hotel’s Grand Ballroom. Her collection entitled “War of Designs” was by far the biggest fashion show done by a Qatari designer. The theme was Middle Eastern couture inspired by the women of the Medieval Times, the models walked the runway chanelling the classical icon and Archduchess of Austria, Marie Antoinette.

The fashion show was presented by one of the most prominent personalities in the Arab World, the superstar Halima Bolland, who wore a special Angel Line abaya and turban, and some exquisite accessory pieces by Alzain Jewelry. Skin and Soul by Hannan Najjar was responsible for the Vintage Western look of the models. The tastebuds of the VIP ladies were warmed up by Italy’s favorite coffee, Lavazza, and Newby Tea of London.
