Oryx Rotana Doha, the five-star luxury business hotel in Doha, is pleased to announce the appointment of Leani Van Tonder to lead the Marketing & Communications department with effect from 14 March 2018.

Leani is a highly-motivated, competent and versatile professional with over 5 years of experience in both traditional and digital marketing. She has proven aptitude to conceptualize innovative marketing solutions, grow social media channels and increase sales on e-commerce platforms. She carries exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record in developing and maintaining public and media relations. She has demonstrated ability to manage and motivate creative teams to achieve results in all her previous stints.

Leani comes with a strong marketing background in varied industry verticals spanning hospitality, banking, FMCG etc. Prior to this, she has been associated with reputed firms such as Dusit Thani, Maldives; Integer, South Africa, to name a few.
