Jaidah Automotive – a subsidiary of the long-established and influential conglomerate Jaidah Group and the exclusive importer and distributor of Chevrolet in Qatar -has opened two new Quick Service Centers in Doha, as it continues to expand its footprint and improve customer service in Qatar.

The state-of-the-art service centers, located at the old airport and Um al Dome, will help Jaidah Automotive better meet the maintenance and quick service requirements of its Chevrolet customers.

“The opening of both Quick Service Centers reinforces our commitment to our customers here in Qatar. By increasing the number of service facilities, we aim to get closer to the customer and provide them with best-in-industry service in the fastest time possible,” said Mark Jenkins, General Manager of Jaidah Automotive.

The two new facilities bring the total number of Jaidah Automotive’s service facilities in Qatar to three. The new center situated at the old airport is 200 square meters in size, boasts six bays and employs nine certified General Motors technicians. Meanwhile, the service center at Um al Dome is 100 square meters in size, contains two bays and employs four certified General Motors technicians.

Both centers will be open to customers from 7 am to 11 pm from Saturday to Thursday.
