A delegation from Aspire Zone Foundation (AZF) visited 70 cancer patients and distributed gifts at the National Center for Cancer Care & Research (Al Amal Hospital), on Tuesday. Patients praised the visit saying that it has lifted their spirits and made them feel connected with the wider community.

This visit comes as part of a series of scheduled visits to several social institutions during the holy month of Ramadan. Organised as part of AZF’s Ramadan initiative, which launched last year, the visit demonstrates AZF’s commitment to engage various members of the local community by reaching out to social institutions. AZF organises social initiatives to encourage its employees to employ the organisation’s values, which lies at the core of its success. These are: Accountability, Synergy & teamwork, Professionalism, Integration, Respect and Excellence. The visit is the first in a series of scheduled visits during the holy month to social institutions.
