El Jaish Sports Club on Tuesday hosted activities of 'Shoot' awareness programme, said Qatar Tribune. More than 100 children participated in the traffic safety awareness programme organised by the Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Interior (MoI) in association with Qatar Police Sports Federation. 

The programme is intended to inculcate a traffic culture in youngsters of the society by engaging children between 7 12 years of age and teaching them traffic signs and signals through actions of football. The events were held in Ibn Khaldoun Independent Preparatory School for boys. Col Adil Ahmad Malullah, assistant chairman of QPSF and Abdul Khader al Moghaiseb, technical manager of the children's wing of the Club attended the events.

Col Adel Ahmad Malallah said that the programme was duly important with its theme 'through awareness, achieve the goal' as it intended to inculcate the guidelines of traffic culture in the minds of the buds through entertainment activities. The programme was earlier held at Lekhwiya Sports Club.
