Waseef, one of Qatar’s leading property, facility and brokerage management services companies, has signed agreements with Barwa Village and Masaken  Musaimeer/Masaken Al Sailiyah to manage a total of 800,000 sqare meters of property .

The agreement with Masaken Mesaimeer and Masaken Al Sailiyah covers both phases of the development which comprises 31 buildings, 14 buildings with 2 bedroom apartments and 17 with 3 bedroom apartments, a total of almost 2,000 apartments in both locations.

Musaimeer Sailiyah includes gardens, playgrounds, a health club and fitness center, swimming pools, and nurseries. In addition the development offers shopping areas which include ATM machines, a supermarket, pharmacy, laundry, barber shop and café.

The Masaken development, which is targetted at middle income families and residents, and which provides a high quality living environment with manageable costs, has received two regional awards, the first as ‘Best Completed Development Award’, and the second as “Qatar Best Leading Community Serving Project’.

This service agreement embraces everything related and not limited to marketing and letting and property management and administration, fit out services including testing and commissioning, Call Centre services and facilities services.

The second service management agreement signed with Waseef relates to the recently inaugurated 400,000 sq.m Barwa Village which provides a mix of residential and commercial premises.

This development has been built to international standards with a total of 186,000 sq.m built-up area comprising a total of 18 low-rise residential buildings, 918 shops, a shopping mall, school, clinic, club house, nursery and other amenities.

This contract comprises similar services as those agreed for Masaken Musaimeer and Masaken Al Sailiyah.
