For the eighth year in a row, Mowasalat (Karwa) organized its annual End of Year Festival, along two days, for its drivers and support staff. The festival included a number of cultural, recreational and awareness programs specially designed for the event, and tailored for diverse cultures of company’s employees.

Festive and cheerful spirit prevailed the event, which included a number of raffle draws for valuable gifts. This year, the festival included Mowasalat Chairman Cup 2018 closing ceremony, in which the champions of team and individual sports competitions were awarded trophies and medals, along with the referees and organizing committee. Mowasalat always strives to enhance renewable positive spirit, unity and fair competition among its employees.

For several years, Mowasalat has been organizing recreational programs for its drivers and support staff to provide a cheerful environment that supports its employees and drivers in line with its objective to create suitable conditions and health work environment, especially as being away from their home countries and families. Mowasalat creates friendly gatherings associated to their countries and cultures, as well as creating the opportunity for them to meet diverse cultures.

The festival witnessed the presence of Mr. Nasser bin Mohammed Al Malki, Mowasalat Chairman, Mr. Khalid Nasser Al Hail, Mowasalat Managing Director & CEO, and company management, giving great enthusiasm and motivation among drivers and support staff.

In this context, Mr. Khalid Nasser Al Hail, said that “Mowasalat’s organization for these recreational festivals comes from its national duty and social responsibility towards its employees.
