Minister of Education and Higher Education, H E  Dr. Mohammed bin Abdul Wahed Al Hammadi issued a ministerial decision forming the board of trustees of the Nursing Sciences School under the chairmanship of Sheikh Dr Khalid bin Jabr Al Thani to lead and supervise the school in order to serve the public interest.

According to the decision, the board of trustees, which serves a three-year term, chooses a vice chairman from its members and names a school staff as secretary, reported QNA. In addition, the Minister also issued a ministerial decision licensing the Rule of Law and Anti-Corruption Center in Qatar to offer a master’s degree program in law (LLM), with the license running for four renewable years according to the licensing and accreditation standards of the country’s higher education institutions.

The decision stipulates that the Rule of Law and Anti-Corruption Center shall offer the program in cooperation with University of Sussex. It also stipulates that the agreement with the university cannot be canceled and the program cannot be suspended without the approval of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
