QIMC is an exhibition and a conference that aims to support the regional medical society by bringing together the most renowned and innovative companies from around the world and connecting them to leading entrepreneurs, doctors and researchers. Taking part in the conference, four HITC staff members, Dr. Khalid Saifeldeen, Dr. Mahmoud Younis, Dr. Rahma Salim and Julia Gibson, will be delivering workshops covering a range of health and safety topics including “Child Passenger Safety”, “Kulluna & Qatar University”, “Diseases of Affluence & Kulluna Healthy Heart”, and “Resuscitation Training Program”.

Also present at the exhibition is “Kulluna”, a five-year health and wellness campaign sponsored and founded by ConocoPhillips, which set up two stands promoting its highly acclaimed “Healthy Heart” campaign. The interactive stand invits delegates to learn more about heart disease risk factors and ways to prevent it, as well as sign up for free checkups provided by medical professionals to measure heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar, Body Mass Index (BMI) and cholesterol levels.
