In framework of the keenness of Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation “Kahramaa” to attain social communication to cope with its strategic plan in achieving effective direct contact with citizens and residents in state of Qatar, Kahramaa launched its new account on Snapchat under the following code “Kahramaa.Live” where it will work on promoting communication with customers via displaying the latest news and activities directly and on large scale.
 
Kahramaa looks at relationship with its customers in a wide perspective in line with requirement and necessities of time. It is keen to invest this relationship to gain customer’s confidence and provides all what can be offered to satisfy him and ensure that they receive right service and information. Thus, Kahramaa launched its account on snapchat as an extension of communication loop that it has on social media platform programs such as Facebook, Twitter​, WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram, and now on Snapchat.
 
It is worth mentioning that Kahramaa, within its efforts, has launched many new e-services on its Website to provide best services in order to raise customer satisfaction. The services provided by the corporation reached 45 services. Therefore, Kahramaa invites all customers to avail of its all distinctive services provided on KM Website and social media platform which must be invested as it should to contribute in ensuring constructions safety and preserving their required performance.
