HEC Paris, one of the world’s leading providers of executive education, is hosting a special women-only event to highlight women’s leadership and invite discussion on developing female leaders of the future.

The exclusive event will be held at the Marriott Marquis Hotel starting from 2.30pm, on February 18. It will be led by Prof. Randall White, Affiliate Professor at HEC Paris, and Dr. Sandra Shullman, Senior Lecturer at HEC Paris. Prof. White is also co-author of Breaking the Glass Ceiling, a ground-breaking book about the study and patterns of women’s leadership development. Dr. Sandra Shullman is co-founder and current Chair of the Women’s Leadership Institute for Women in Psychology at the American Psychological Association.

Prof. White and Dr. Shullman will explore the history, current status and emerging trends in women’s leadership, with emphasis on trends and progress in the region. Using real case studies of successful women leaders in the region, the discussion will focus on research and design of women leadership development. Participants will also have the opportunity to explore issues related to their own individual careers.
