Gulf Contracting Company (GCC), one of the foremost construction and infrastructure contractors in Qatar, known for delivering high quality, functional and sustainable projects, has contributed in collaboration with Hamad Medical Corporation for the 10th consecutive year to a blood donation drive held in 28th and 31st of August this year.

GCC’s contribution came as part of the company’s commitment towards Qatar’s community and in line with its corporate social responsibility initiatives with the aim to extend support to those in need. The blood donation drive is held every year with the objectives of securing blood supply in hospitals in Qatar and raise awareness of the need for regular blood donations.

Commenting on this initiative, Grahame McCaig, General Manager of GCC, said: “We are proud to have participated in this initiative and to raise awareness of the importance of blood donation in boosting national blood reserves needed by hospitals across Qatar.
