Online tickets for Emir Cup 2015 final match are now on sale on the Qatar Football Association’s (QFA) website www.qfa.com.qa. Online tickets are officially made available to the public on 6 April so that they are readily available for fans from across Qatar well before the prestigious championship kicks off on 24 April in Al Arabi Stadium. 

Commenting on the launching the online ticket sales, Hamad Abdullah Al Kuwari, Director of Marketing and Communications at QFA said: “It is our pleasure to announce the release of the first batch of tickets for the final match of the Emir Cup on our website. We are releasing the online ticket sales for the final match well in advance to allow the fans to buy their tickets at an early stage and not have to wait until the last minute. Our aim is to save our fans the time consuming process of going to the malls to buy their tickets like they previously did in the past years.”

He added: “Our interest in the tournament is increasing year after year, especially since this tournament is a celebration that has a great sentimental value for QFA, fans, participating teams, sponsors, and local organisations. We are focusing all our efforts on providing a unique championship at all levels.”

It is worth mentioning that the Emir Cup is the last tournament of the season and is one of the most prestigious tournaments in the country. The final match will take place on 23 May and will be held in Al Gharafa Stadium. The Emir Cup runs from 24 April until 23 May and matches are played in five stadia, Al Arabi Stadium, Qatar Sports Club, Lekhwiya Stadium, Al Sadd Stadium and Al Gharafa Stadium.
