Following its success in headlining the 2014 show, renowned American jewellry house David Webb will be returning to the Qatar National Convention Center from the 24th to the 28th of February for the 2015 Doha Jewellry & Watches Exhibition. “We’ve had a strong following among collectors in the Arabian Gulf for decades,” said Mark Emanuel co-owner of the David Webb. “Last year’s show presented a wonderful opportunity to bring pieces from the collection to Doha and give a new generation the chance to experience David Webb at the convention center.

“We were extremely grateful, but not at all surprised by the overwhelming response we received last year,” said Emanuel. “David Webb made no secret of his love for the pearls from these waters and he drew a great deal of inspiration from the traditional patterns of the Arabian Gulf in his drive to bring greater refinement and simplicity to modern jewelry. To some degree, it felt like we were bringing some of these pieces back to their ‘home.’”

Visitors to the 2015 Doha show will be the first in the Middle East to view the heritage designs of David Webb as featured at the Norton Museum of Art’s retrospective show in Palm Beach, Florida.David Webb to return to Doha Jewellry 2 [].jpg
