Cityscape Qatar 2017, the largest real estate development and investment exhibition in the State of Qatar, will open its doors tomorrow, Monday 13th March at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC).

Held under the patronage of His Excellency, Sheikh Abdullah Bin Nasser Bin Khalifa Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior for the State of Qatar, the show now in its sixth year in Qatar, is expected to be inaugurated by H.E. Sheikh Ahmed bin Jassim Al Thani / Minister of Economy and Commerce.

Featuring over 85 exhibitors from more than 20 countries including Qatar, UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Turkey, Egypt, Cyprus, UK, France, Jordan, Lebanon, Lithuania, Morocco, Portugal, Italy, Georgia and many more, the esteemed three-day exhibition, held from March 13-15, 2017, will highlight the world’s best investment opportunities in residential, hospitality, commercial and retail sectors. This year’s event will also feature a dedicated Pakistan Pavilion with companies such as; Star Marketing, Athar Marketing Network, Fast Marketing, DHA Bahawalpur, Multan, DHA Peshawar, Buch Villas Multan and Gulistan Marketing presenting more than 50 projects from all over Pakistan.

Further leading regional and international heavyweights will participate as well including, Gold Sponsors Regus and Kohler, Al Qaseer Investment and Property Development, Kleindienst, Sinpas, Retaj Real Estate, SAPST, KPM and Gulf Kingdom Estate, showcasing their unique real estate opportunities and infrastructure projects to thousands of homebuyers, private and professional investors as well as key industry professionals from Qatar, the region and around the globe.

Several projects will be discussed and highlighted throughout Cityscape Qatar, some of which will be part of Qatar’s National Vision for 2030, including the Qatar Rail project, hotels and state-of the art stadia being developed for the FIFA World Cup 2022.

Among the thousands of interesting projects on display during the exhibition some of the most eye-catching include; Vilnius Grand Homes, luxurious and modern real estate built around a magnificent 18-hole championship golf course on the 270-ha territory of Vilnius Grand Resort in Lithuania; Al Qaseer Investment And Property Development’s Orchid Plaza, a 305-apartment residential tower project to be built in the Juffair district of the Bahraini capital Manama and the Cornwall Grazing Lands in UK, with approximately 10 acres of freehold common grazing situated within an area of outstanding beauty suitable for a number of uses, the project will be displayed with a special promotion of 20% discount during the exhibition; in addition to Dreamland Country & Life, Baku, a unique lifestyle project in Baku-Azerbaijan, offering fascinating mixed-use concept with 234 villas and 294 fully renovated apartments;

The show will present unique local real estate opportunities as well with the launch of three new projects for Al Bandary Real Estate including Al Swida Village, residential apartments located in the up-and-coming Al Thumama area; Al Shahed Tower, hotel apartments, located in West Bay, Doha and Lusail Azure Tower, serviced apartment, located in the beach-side city of Lusail. This year’s Cityscape Qatar will also see the launch of Ezdan Palace Hotel, located on Al Shamal Road, Doha and slated for completion by end of April, 2017. Meanwhile, running in parallel to Cityscape Qatar 2017 will be the Cityscape Qatar Conference and free-to-attend seminars Cityscape Qatar Talks, taking place on the exhibition floor. Designed for both industry professionals and private investors alike, these events will provide regional and international participants with the opportunity to network face-to-face, discuss issues of joint interest and create joint venture partnerships, which have all proven successful in the past.
